Our office isn’t a very big one. It also serves as our guest room and even my closet (that will be a whole different post)…a multipurpose room of sorts. It’s tiny but incredibly functional. It took some time to configure the room to make our furniture fit but we managed to get it all in there, with a little (read: very little) room to spare. The couch is a sleeper sofa and it’s my spot when I want to hang out with the hubs while he works. It’s also the dog’s favorite place to nap…when he isn’t napping on the couch, the bed, or the floor in the middle of the kitchen.
The paper weight is a piece of lava rock we brought back from our trip to Hawaii last summer.
desk chair, camera wall art from ZGallerie (old)
sleeper sofa, pillows from Target and HomeGoods
floor lamp (spray painted silver)
We got the National Geographic poster years ago, back when I worked at the magazine.
If you missed it, here’s a look at some other rooms in our house in my Home Sweet Home series.
